Our clients are professional individuals or corporates living and working in and around the city of Cambridge.

How can TIME help your business?

Once you are a preferred supplier we will ask you to try to offer some kind of added value in order for our clients to use your services. This added value could be anything from a discount off of a restaurant bill, an additional night in their chosen hotel at no additional cost to them, or perhaps a free hour with their personal trainer. We also ask that this added value is not readily available to "non clients", as we believe this benefit will encourage usage and trust. Our clients are high profile professionals with high spending power, therefore, influential individuals with no time to source their own suppliers.

For our clients to feel comfortable about using us they also need to feel comfortable with our suppliers, therefore our suppliers are chosen for their high quality in their field and have the appropriate insurance. Our suppliers are sourced and vetted by us, they also have a high understanding of our clients needs and lifestyles, we feel that all our suppliers chosen do offer commitment, flexibility and outstanding knowledge within their field, along with a high level of customer awareness.

We do make regular checks on our suppliers in order to access the ongoing customer services programme, we also obtain feedback from clients and suppliers both formally and informally.
